The KOC x MDS x FIDE100 Chess Tournament, organized by Kingdom Of Chess in collaboration with MDS School, Sec-3, took place on July 20th, 2024, at the Kingdom Of Chess venue within MDS School, Sec-3, Hiran Magri, Udaipur (Raj.). The event kicked off with a players’ meeting at 8:45 AM, followed by the first round at 9:00 AM. The tournament concluded with an exciting prize ceremony at 1:00 PM. In the Open category, Naman Porwal emerged as the champion with 8 points and cash prize of ₹3500, Rishaan Jain securing the runner-up position with 6 points and cash prize of ₹2500 and Divyansh Audichya finishing in third place with 6 points and cash prize of ₹1500. The tournament was efficiently organized by Mr. Jitendra Somani, Mr. Shalendra Somani, Mr. Chandrajeet Rajawat, and Mr. Suryajeet Rajawat, along with support from Mr. Naman Porwal, Mr. Dhruv Dak, Mr. Gautam Kataria, Mr. Dev Vasita, Mr. Yash Vasita, Mr. Rohit Menaria, Mr. Govind Sharma, Mr. Anshul Bangar, Mr. Tushar Damor, and Ms. Nyasa Rao, ensuring a smooth and successful event.
