Any child above the age of 5 is eligible to enroll in the Kingdom of Chess course. Our chess classes begin with a simple assessment to identify at what level the child is fit to learn the game. Kids learn rules and vocabulary, piece values, strategy, and checkmate. They also play in fortnightly tournaments and stand a chance to win exciting prizes!
Yes, of course! The purpose of the assessment class is to determine the child’s understanding level as well as to answer any questions from parents about the syllabus and how it will be taught. If your child doesn’t know chess, that’s totally okay. We will ignite interest in the activity through evaluation. Our curriculum is designed by masters to meet the chess development needs of every child. We will guide them right from the basics.
